On June 3, 2019, Donald F. Robertson, Jr., Vice President, Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer of Western Digital Corporation (the Company), provided notice that he is resigning from the Company, effective as of June 14, 2019, to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Robertsons decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices. Robert K. Eulau, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will be appointed to the role of principal accounting officer.
